The CMU_FAF (Facts and Fables) database was constructed at the
Language Technologies Institute
at Carnegie Mellon University. It is designed to provide paragraphs
of speech from a single speaker to allow better investigation of
prosody over sentences.
The database consist of selected text from
Project Gutenberg. Specifically Aesop's Fables and the CIA
World Fact Book (2000). This has been recored by a single US Male
Speaker, and automatically labeled.
